Returns and Refunds*
We offer a satisfaction guarantee 30 day return policy. We strive to make every customer happy. Please reach out to us at store@teamwilpers.com so we can do our best to make things right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
To return or exchange an item, email us at store@teamwilpers.com stating your request so that we can send you a return shipping label. Once we receive your item, we will inspect the package and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) for the original amount less the cost of any shipping costs. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, the credit should appear in your account within a few days. If an exchange is requested, we will invoice you for the cost to ship the exchanged product and ship upon payment.
