Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in fulfillment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Occasionally, when pre-sales are offered for items not currently in inventory, we will communicate through the website when product is expected to arrive.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipments will be sent through USPS priority mail or first class package and will contain tracking information, which will be emailed once the order has been processed through our warehouse.  Costs are calculated based on shipping method and destination location. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Team Wilpers, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Team Wilpers, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

At this time, we are excited to offer shipping to Canada. In an effort to provide fair pricing and rates, we will be discounting shipping to Canada based on any promotion offered to U.S. shoppers.  Shipping prices will be calculated at a discount rate. Please note that once we ship internationally, we are unable to guarantee tracking, nor can we issue refunds or exchanges.  All sales are final.  Please direct any questions regarding international shipping to store@teamwilpers.com.
